Capacitive buffering is the technical core of the Beckhoff Automation CX1100-0930, a UPS module for modular CX Embedded PC systems. Its storage capacity is 40 As, while the maximum output current is 2.0 A at 24 V DC. The retention time is adjustable according to the load. A regulated 24-V-DC input with a tolerance of −15% to +20% supplies the module; the charging current is specified at a maximum of 4 A. A 16-bit ISA interface based on the PC/104 standard operates between the UPS and CPU. The buffering function is independent of the operating system used. Separate diagnostic LEDs indicate the 24-V-DC input, 24-V-DC output and charging state. Maximum power loss is 2 W. The module is attached to the CX hardware block within the CX system configuration. The specified environmental ranges are 0 °C to +55 °C for operation and −25 °C to +85 °C for storage. Permissible relative humidity is 95% without condensation. The enclosure has an IP20 rating; vibration and shock resistance conform to EN 60068-2-6 and EN 60068-2-27. EMC immunity and emission conform to EN 61000-6-2 and EN 61000-6-4. Measuring 95 × 100 × 91 mm and weighing approximately 650 g, the CX1100-0930 is the wide 40 As version in this module family.

How does the Beckhoff Automation CX1100-0930 communicate with the CX CPU?
The connection to the CPU uses a 16-bit ISA interface based on the PC/104 standard.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?

A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?
The payment terms stated in the checkout or order confirmation apply. Depending on the order and customer, payment is made in advance or against invoice.
International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
