Payment and VAT
Submitting an order request does not take payment and does not itself form a contract. Payment and tax treatment are confirmed after our commercial review.
Payment methods
Payment is normally made by bank transfer against invoice. For first orders, high-value components or individual risk cases, we may agree advance payment before dispatch.
We do not use card, PayPal, Stripe, Klarna or another online payment provider in this checkout.
VAT review
A VAT ID is required for international order requests, but entering one does not automatically reduce VAT to zero. German VAT normally applies to deliveries in Germany.
Eligible intra-EU B2B supplies with a valid VAT ID and eligible exports may be invoiced without German VAT after verification. The final tax treatment and amount are stated in our order confirmation or invoice.
Contract formation
Your submission is an offer to place an order. A contract is formed only when we accept it by an order confirmation, dispatch or invoicing. The automated receipt confirms transmission only.
