Payment and VAT

Payment methods

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless REHA-Industriekomponenten expressly confirms payment on invoice or another payment arrangement.

The applicable payment terms and due date are stated in the checkout or order confirmation.

We do not use card, PayPal, Stripe, Klarna or another online payment provider in this checkout.

VAT review

A VAT ID or, where no VAT ID is issued or available in the customer's jurisdiction, an equivalent tax, company-registration or other suitable business identifier is required for an international order. Providing an identifier does not automatically reduce VAT to zero. German VAT normally applies to deliveries in Germany.

For a zero-rated intra-EU B2B supply, a valid VAT ID issued by another EU Member State is checked through EU VIES. Transport evidence and qualified verification remain mandatory before acceptance. Eligible seller-arranged exports are shown at 0% subject to the required export evidence. The checkout records the applicable treatment and amount before submission.

Contract formation

Submit an online order only if the final checkout states the selected goods, condition, quantity, net product price, applicable VAT treatment and VAT amount, shipping cost, currency and total payable amount. If any of these details is missing, do not submit the order and contact us for an individual quotation.

Where a binding online order is available, submitting it is a binding offer. A contract is formed only when REHA-Industriekomponenten accepts that offer by an order confirmation expressly designated as such or by dispatching the goods. An invoice, pro forma invoice or payment request is not acceptance unless it expressly states otherwise. The automated receipt confirms transmission only.
