I cannot find an item – what should I do?

If an item is not listed in the shop, use our ‘Quick enquiry’ – either click here or the link in the header. Tell us what you are looking for or attach an Excel list to request item-specific availability, price and an estimated delivery time.

Who is this industrial shop intended for?

Our shop is intended exclusively for business customers (B2B)

This often includes companies that hold industrial components in stock as a preventive measure, to support a faster response to a failure; or companies whose frequency inverter or PLC system, for example, has failed.

🛠️ Whether an unplanned fault or a scheduled replacement: If you have a defective or obsolete component, search for an available item using the complete type number or submit an enquiry.

Why should we keep industrial spare parts in stock?

Plan spare-parts stock in advance: Maintaining your own stock of critical components can shorten your response time in the event of a failure.

An unplanned production failure can cause substantial costs through machine downtime, delivery delays, additional shifts or express charges. Maintaining your own stock of critical components such as frequency inverters, PLC systems or drive technology can shorten your response time when a replacement is required.

Are used industrial components worthwhile?

Used components can be an economical sourcing option. For older installations or discontinued models, a used item may be a practical sourcing option. The complete type number and the requirements of the specific installation remain decisive.

What applies if an item is defective within 14 days?

For items in the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, our contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies subject to our terms and conditions. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and must be reported in text form within the same period.

In particular, the tamper-evident seal affixed by REHA-Industriekomponenten must remain fully intact and our prior RMA approval is required. Incorrect orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer's installation are not covered.
