Shipping and delivery
Shipping is not free. We calculate the suitable parcel, express or freight option separately after reviewing the products, destination and delivery requirements.
Shipping costs
The cart shows a provisional net product subtotal only. Shipping charges are calculated separately and stated in our order confirmation or invoice before the order is accepted.
Costs depend on destination, weight, dimensions, packaging, urgency and whether a freight carrier is required.

Delivery times and customs
Product pages show the available delivery-time information. A binding delivery window is confirmed after we have reviewed the order request.
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes, customs charges and local clearance requirements may apply. These are not included unless our order confirmation expressly states otherwise.
