Shipping and delivery
Shipping is not free. The checkout calculates suitable parcel, express or freight options from the products and delivery destination whenever this can be done reliably.
Shipping costs
Available shipping options and their net charges are shown in the checkout after the delivery country and postcode have been entered. Costs depend on destination, chargeable weight, dimensions, packaging, urgency and whether a freight carrier is required.
Standard freight shipments to 21 supported continental European countries are calculated automatically. Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Portugal and Poland use the supplied contract base tariffs; the other supported countries use conservative REHA corridor prices anchored to those tariffs. Chargeable weight, fuel, toll, appointment and pallet charges are included with reserves. Oversized shipments, islands and excluded regions still require an individual carrier quotation. Cargo insurance is not included.
If no reliable tariff is available, a binding online order is unavailable. The checkout never treats a missing shipping price as free shipping.
The checkout must display both the shipping charge and the total payable amount for a binding online order. If either amount is missing, do not submit the order and contact us for an individual quotation.
Delivery options
- Standard parcel delivery for suitable components
- Express delivery is selectable when a binding tariff is available for the destination and parcel
- Freight delivery for heavy, oversized or sensitive equipment; supported standard destinations are calculated online
- International delivery to supported destinations, subject to destination and export checks
Delivery times and customs
Delivery times are estimates unless a date is expressly confirmed as binding. Product pages and shipping options show the currently available delivery-time information.
For eligible direct-order products approved for worldwide shipping, the product page shows the maximum net standard parcel charge for one unit to Ireland when that rate can be calculated reliably. The exact rate is recalculated at checkout from the item, quantity, packaging and delivery postcode; a missing amount never means free shipping.
The carrier transit estimate shown with that Ireland parcel charge comes from the available standard service. Order handling and delivery dates remain subject to confirmation.
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes, customs charges and local clearance requirements may apply. These are not included unless our order confirmation expressly states otherwise.
