A RAM memory for 2048 instructions belongs to the Siemens 6ES5102-8MA02, the CPU 102 for the SIMATIC S5-100U control system. For program execution, 32 counters and 32 timers are also available. The input and output data distinguish between a maximum of 256 digital and a maximum of 16 analog I/O. These are the capacity limits of the control system, not a number of connection terminals directly present on the CPU. When assigning it to an existing S5-100U controller, both the CPU designation and the complete order number 6ES5102-8MA02 must therefore be taken into account. On the input side, the module is rated at 24 V direct voltage. The output voltages are +9 V at V1 and +5.2 V at V2. The front has a 15-pin Sub-D socket as well as separate indicators labelled RUN and STOP. The operating mode switch is marked RUN, STOP and COPY. The CPU 102 is offered for the specific order with shipping from Germany to the United States and other international destinations. Which I/O limits are specified for the CPU 102?
A maximum of 256 digital and a maximum of 16 analog inputs/outputs are specified. These values describe the I/O capacity and not connection terminals directly present on the CPU.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
