Product description
Two separate spindle-sensor inputs identify Fanuc A06B-6142-H006#H580 as the TYPE B configuration of the αi SP 5.5. The spindle amplifier module belongs to the Servo Amplifier Alpha-i series for 200-V systems and delivers 27 A rated output current. Its main circuit uses sine-wave PWM control with an IGBT bridge. Spindle HRV2 and a 1:100 control range are provided for speed regulation. With a load change from 10 to 100 percent, specified speed deviation remains within 0.1 percent of maximum speed. Unit specification is A06B-6141-C006 and the assigned wiring board is A16B-2203-0657. Control power is normally supplied at 24 V through the associated αi PS module. A Class-2 power supply is specified for external feed. Protective earth uses an M5 connection tightened to 2.0 to 2.5 Nm. The αi SP 5.5 power class uses FANUC enclosure outline 2. Including the external heat sink, the enclosure is 60 mm wide, 380 mm high and 272 mm deep. Complete outside dimensions are therefore 60 × 380 × 272 mm in width × height × depth order. Model weight is 6.1 kg. These dimensions cover the complete amplifier module. Selection depends on the complete order number, #H580 suffix, TYPE B sensor assignment, power class, supply module and stored CNC parameters. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
