Documented identifiers and values: 387544-01; 591181-05. Heidenhain 387544-01 is an HDR unit, or Hard Disk Removable unit, for the Heidenhain MillPlus IT CNC control system. The compact slide-in cassette installs directly in the HDR slot of the MillPlus IT main computer and contains pre-installed NC software 591181-05, permitting immediate operation after installation as described. Because it contains CNC software, the HDR unit is described as subject to the EU Dual-Use Regulation and requiring an export authorisation for export outside the EU. Its 2.5-inch drive uses an IDE interface and stores the MillPlus IT system files, NC programs, tool data and machine parameters. MillPlus IT is used in milling machines and machining centres, providing contouring control and cycle programming.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
