Product description
The Lenze EVS9324-ESV004 is a 9300 series Servo Inverter in the V004 version. The additional designation denotes the safe standstill function. The ES function series has an electronic gearbox for digitally coupling a master drive and a follower drive. An adjustable gear ratio defines the relationship between the two movements. At 400 V, size 9324 corresponds to the 3 kW motor power class for a four-pole asynchronous motor. The rated output current is 7 A at a switching frequency of 8 kHz. At 16 kHz, the corresponding value is 5.2 A. The three-phase mains supply operates at 320 to 528 V AC and 45 to 65 Hz. Feedback on the movement of the connected motor is provided by a resolver or an encoder. A separate multi-encoder input processes SinCos and TTL incremental encoders as well as SinCos absolute encoders with a Hiperface interface. Resolver, encoder and digital frequency coupling connections use nine-pin Sub-D connectors. Motor PTC signals and thermal contacts use separate terminals. Two analogue inputs with ±10 V and two analogue outputs supplement the motion and control information. One of the analogue inputs can be switched to a current range of 0–20 mA. The six digital inputs comprise controller enable and five freely assignable signals. Four digital outputs are available for control information. CAN complements the connections as the system bus. The housing measures 97 × 350 × 250 mm in width, height and depth order. The ES function series and the V004 additional variant remain identifiable as separate parts of the complete type number.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
