Inductive reactance and radio interference suppression filter are combined in one housing in the Lenze EZN2-013A001. This combination forms a type A mains filter that is positioned on the mains side of a drive. The version belongs to limit value class A. Within the Lenze accessories range, it therefore stands for a combined filter assembly with its own mechanical design and electrical rating. The inductive part and the radio interference suppression part are components of the same unit. The complete order identifier EZN2-013A001 designates this specific combination of rated current, inductance and mechanical version within the EZN2 series. For an order of this combined mains filter, shipping takes place from Germany to the United States and other international destinations. The mains voltage is 230 V, the rated current 13 A. In addition, the inductance of 0.7 mH characterises the electrical version. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?

A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
