Product description
With the keypad 9371BB, Lenze drive controllers of the 9300 series are operated directly on the device via a keyboard. The keypad bears the nameplate designation EMZ9371BB and the ident number 00419636. The unit is plugged onto interface X1 of the drive controller, even during operation, and it can likewise be removed again while the drive is running. After plugging in, the module initialises itself and can be operated as soon as the message GLOBAL DRIVE READY appears. Its tasks include parameter setting, controlling the drive, for example by inhibiting and enabling, displaying operating data and specifying setpoints. In addition, the keypad transfers parameter sets from one drive controller to further devices. The LCD field shows the status fields RDY, IMP, Imax, Mmax and Fail, together with the code and subcode number, the parameter value with unit and a plain-text line for the selected parameter. The display additionally shows the active level, for example the parameter level, the type of parameter acceptance via SH and PRG, and a cursor for input. Electrically, the unit is rated for an insulation voltage of 50 V AC to reference earth; the degree of protection is IP20. It is operated at −10 to +60 °C, transported at −25 to +70 °C and stored at −25 to +55 °C; climatically, class 3K3 according to EN 50178 without condensation applies. The ident number 00419636 helps with matching against the existing nameplate before we arrange shipping to the United States and other international destinations for the specific order. The flat housing measures 73.5 × 60 × 15 mm, with connector 23.5 mm.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?

A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
