Lenze GFQUTA100-2.2 is a four-pole MGFQU-series DC shunt motor for speed-controlled industrial drives. This version has an analogue tachogenerator for speed feedback. Rated data are 3.5 kW output and 1000 min⁻¹ speed. The square smooth-frame motor has IP23S protection and insulation class F. Forced ventilation corresponds to IC 06 and provides an airflow of 350 m³/h. Mounting is IM B35 with a shaft height of 100 mm. The version with analogue tachogenerator has an overall length of 528 mm. Maximum housing width is 212 mm and total height including the fan arrangement is 379 mm. Complete overall dimensions are therefore 528 × 212 × 379 mm. Product-specific weight is stated conservatively as approx. 65 kg. Further values are 0.0237 kgm² rotor inertia and a sound pressure level of 76 dB(A). The motor uses separately supplied armature and field circuits. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
