A 1,350 mm high protective field characterises the Pilz version 632068 from the PSEN optII series. The light grid carries the type designation PSEN opII4H-s-30-135 and consists of transmitter and receiver. Its resolution is 30 mm; within the product family, this version is assigned to hand protection. The protective field height and the resolution describe different characteristics: the height designates the detected vertical distance, while the resolution determines the grid of the optical detection. For the spatial arrangement, the specified range of 18 m is also decisive. This value describes the distance between the two components and is to be distinguished from the protective field height. The electrical supply is provided with 24 V direct voltage. Two semiconductor outputs are available at the receiver, each with a maximum output current of 100 mA. A value of 10.4 ms is specified as the response time for this variant. Transmitter and receiver each have a five-pin M12 connection; shipping from Germany to the United States or other international destinations is arranged for the specific order of this light grid. Supply voltage, output data and connection design are thus described separately as characteristics of the variant. Beam coding is present; blanking is not provided for this version. Likewise, muting and cascading are not among the functions of the type. The protective field is designed without a dead zone. The mechanical design consists of narrow, elongated sensors, each with a width of 35 mm, a height of 1,354 mm and a depth of 40 mm. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
