Product description
Five safety contacts as N/O contacts and two different auxiliary contacts characterise the Pilz 474894 from the PNOZ 3 series. One auxiliary contact is an N/C contact, the other an N/O contact with passing function. Its terminals are numbered 73 and 74; the passing time is approx. 150 ms. This order number is supplied with 24 V DC, with a permissible tolerance of 85 to 110 percent. The power consumption is approx. 4.5 W. In the input and start circuit as well as in the feedback circuit, voltage and current are 24 V DC and 50 mA. The contact load differs according to utilisation category. For AC-1, 240 V with 8 A and 2000 VA or 400 V with 5 A and 2000 VA apply. For DC-1, the switching values are 24 V with 8 A and 200 W. The contact fusing is 10 A with a quick-acting or 6 A with a slow-acting fuse. The PNOZ-3 relay of this order is handled in the specific order with shipping from Germany to the United States and other international destinations. The pull-in delay is approx. 250 ms, the drop-out delay at most 50 ms. The ambient temperature is minus 10 to plus 55 °C, the storage temperature minus 40 to plus 85 °C. Mounting on a DIN rail is specified; the mounting position is arbitrary. The thermoplastic housing made of Noryl SE 100 has IP40, the connection area IP20. The dimensions are 135 mm width, 75 mm height and 111.5 mm depth. The weight is 830 g. The front indicators are named Power, CH1 and CH2.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
