SEW-Eurodrive SAF47-DR63L6/ASD1 combines a size 47 helical-worm gear unit with a six-pole DR63L6 AC motor. The SAF designation identifies the hollow-shaft version with B5 output flange. A 25-millimetre hollow shaft with keyway is documented for this unit. The motor provides 0.18 kW rated output, 2 Nm rated torque and 870 min⁻¹ rated speed at 50 Hz. Its power factor is cos φ 0.70. Option ASD1 denotes a ten-pole plug connector based on the HAN-10ES principle. Six contacts are assigned to the motor winding, two to a brake and two to thermal motor protection. Documented connector limits are 16 A maximum and up to 500 V AC. Motor, brake and temperature-protection connections can therefore be routed through one pluggable interface. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
