The rectangular slim design measuring 12.2 × 41.8 × 17.3 mm gives the SICK WL4S-3P2230 its compact housing format. As a retro-reflective photoelectric sensor from the W4S-3 range, it reaches up to 4 m. With the PL80A reference reflector, the sensing range is 0 to 2.5 m. The optical system uses the autocollimation principle and has a polarization filter. A visible red PinPoint LED with a wavelength of 650 nm serves as the light source. At a distance of 1.5 m, the light spot has a diameter of 45 mm. The sensor uses a 10 to 30 V DC supply. Its current consumption without load is 20 mA maximum. The PNP switching output supports light and dark switching and supplies up to 100 mA output current. Response time is below 0.5 ms and switching frequency is 1,000 Hz. No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
