Within the ET-200S motor starters, Siemens 3RK1301-0CB10-0AA3 is the DS1E-X High Feature version for direct starting. The electronic overload release is adjustable from 2.4 to 16 A, while switching is mechanical. For three-phase motors at 400 V and 50 Hz, the stated power range extends from 1.1 to 7.5 kW; the maximum AC-3 rating is 7.5 kW. The control supply operates at 24 V DC and is specified for 20.4 to 28.8 V. At 65 × 290 × 150 mm, the starter has a defined installation footprint and weighs 1,536 kg. Both vertical and horizontal mounting are provided. The front has IP20 protection and is finger-safe. The operating temperature range is 0 to 60 °C at 5 to 95 percent relative humidity. Maximum installation altitude is 2,000 m. Functions include short-circuit protection and a maximum short-circuit breaking capacity of 50 kA at 400 V. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?
The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.
A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?
The payment terms stated in the checkout or order confirmation apply. Depending on the order and customer, payment is made in advance or against invoice.
International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
