Product description
The current-dependent overload release of the Siemens 3RV1063-7CL10 can be set between 64 and 160 A. This range corresponds to 0.4 to 1 times the rated current of the 160-A version. The compact circuit breaker belongs to the SIRIUS 3RV1 series and has an electronic trip unit for motor protection applications. Its three-pole main circuit is connected via screw terminals on the front. In addition to overload tripping, the short-circuit release can be set to 6 to 13 times the rated current. The ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity Icu depends on the voltage: at 400 V AC it is 120 kA, at 500 V 85 kA and at 690 V 70 kA. These values describe different electrical test conditions and must be distinguished from the setting values of the trip unit. The rated operational voltage is 690 V. For an order with shipping from Germany to the United States and other international destinations, the type number designates the three-pole 160-A version with electronic release and standard switching capacity. Phase failure detection is part of the device function; ground fault detection is not included. The main circuit connections are designed as screw terminals; phase barriers are part of the version. Mechanical fixing is by screws, and the mounting position is arbitrary. Degree of protection IP20 applies to the front. The permissible ambient temperature range in operation extends from minus 25 to plus 60 degrees Celsius, while minus 40 to plus 70 degrees Celsius apply to storage and transport. The maximum installation altitude is 2000 m above sea level. The housing width is 105 mm, the height 205 mm and the depth 103.5 mm. For weight planning, a rounded estimated value of approximately 4 kg is assumed.

What is the setting range of the overload release?
The electronic overload release can be set between 64 and 160 A.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?
The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.
A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?
The payment terms stated in the checkout or order confirmation apply. Depending on the order and customer, payment is made in advance or against invoice.
International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect. Details in Section 12 of the Terms.
