Product description
The 3-wire version with spiral cable defines the Siemens 6FX2007-1AC04 within the type B-MPI handheld units. The cable is 1.5 m long and can be extended to 3.5 m; the catalogued version includes a connector plug. The device is used for the manual operation of machine tools, for example for axis feed movements. Its keys can be freely assigned, so their assignment depends on the specific machine configuration. A distribution box is used for the connection to the MPI line. The maximum distance to the NCU or PCU is 200 m. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
