VGA and DVI-D form the video interfaces of the Siemens 6AV7861-2TA00-1AA0. The SIMATIC Flat Panel 15T combines a TFT screen with touch operation and therefore belongs to the display and operating level of an industrial plant. The screen diagonal is 15 inches; the display has a resolution of 1024 × 768 pixels. It is a flat screen with video signal connections whose technical classification must be distinguished from a complete panel PC. The display has a brightness of more than 260 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 350:1. An on-screen display is available for adjusting the screen. The touch surface forms the operating element of this version, while separate function keys are not present. For an order of this 15-inch touch panel, shipping takes place from Germany to the United States and other international destinations. Electrically, the variant is built for 24 V DC. The permissible DC voltage range extends from 19.2 to 28.8 V. The video interfaces and the power supply are separate technical characteristics of the panel. Which enclosure rating does the front of the Flat Panel have?
With clamp mounting, IP65 applies on the front. With screw mounting in a 19-inch rack, IP54 applies on the front.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?

A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
