For display and touch operation of a connected computer unit, the Siemens 6AV7863-5MA00-2AA0 combines a Full HD display with a projected capacitive multitouch surface. The device belongs to the SIMATIC-IFP1500-V2 series and is a standard built-in unit. Its screen diagonal is 15.6 inches or 40 cm; the model designation places it in the 15-inch class. How are image and touch signals connected?
Image signals are connected via DVI-D or DisplayPort 1.2. USB is provided for touch signals; the panel also has two rear USB-2.0 Type A ports.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
