Product description
With its Celeron M processor and integrated communication connections, the SINUMERIK PCU 50.3-C forms the PC-based operator level within the CNC product family. Siemens 6FC5210-0DF31-2AA0 is the version with 1.5 GHz processor clock, 512 MB SDRAM and 1 MB L2 cache. Compared with the PCU 50.3-P, which also belongs to the series, this variant is characterised by the Celeron processor and the smaller basic configuration of the main memory. The PCU has a replaceable 40-GB hard disk. Its partitioning comprises areas for applications and data as well as for local backups and software to be installed. The intended application data include part programs and documentation. The main memory can be expanded via two module slots to a maximum of 2 GB including graphics memory. The integrated 2D-/3D-graphics use a dynamic share of the main memory between 8 and 96 MB. Two Ethernet ports, each with 10/100 Mbit/s and an RJ45 connection, are already present on the module. In addition, there are a PROFIBUS/MPI interface, four USB-2.0 ports and COM1 as an RS-232-C connection. The integrated communication paths do not occupy any additional PCI slots. Two PCI slots are available for expansion cards; the PCU also has a CompactFlash slot. For a specific order with shipping from Germany to the United States and other international destinations, this PCU is identified by the complete order number of the Celeron version. The supply is 24 V DC voltage, and the maximum power consumption is 190 W. A mains failure buffering of 20 ms is part of the electrical characteristics. The permissible ambient temperature depends on the power consumption of the expansions: at a maximum of 15 W it is between 5 and 55 °C, at a maximum of 20 W between 5 and 50 °C and at a maximum of 30 W between 5 and 45 °C.

Which interfaces does the PCU 50.3-C have?
Two Ethernet ports, four USB-2.0 ports, a PROFIBUS/MPI interface and COM1 as an RS-232-C connection are integrated.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?
The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.
A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
