Siemens 6GK5216-0HA00-2AS6 is the SCALANCE XP216 managed Industrial Ethernet switch. The device has 16 M12 network connections in total. Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
