With IP40 protection at the enclosure and IP20 at the terminals, the ABB 2TLA020070R1400 is a compact Pluto B42 AS-i programmable safety controller. The device measures 120 × 90 × 84 mm and weighs 0.65 kg. Its 24-V-DC supply and DIN-rail mounting define the mechanical and electrical arrangement for installation in control environments. A total of 42 inputs and outputs is available. Of these, 20 are failsafe inputs. Another 16 channels can operate as non-failsafe outputs or failsafe inputs. On the output side, the B42 AS-i adds four individually failsafe relay outputs and two individually failsafe transistor outputs. The safety architecture reaches Performance Level e, while diagnostic coverage is specified as high. For communication, this version combines AS-i with Pluto Safety Bus. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
