The ABB 3HNE00313-1 is a handheld TPU2 teach pendant and programming unit for industrial robots with ABB-S4C and S4C+-Controller systems. It is used for manual axis jogging, setting up tools and work objects, creating and editing programs, and operating the robot directly at the cell. The backlit LCD displays 16 lines with 40 characters each at 240 × 320 pixels, supporting readability in less brightly lit production areas. Input is provided through the integrated membrane keypad and joystick. For safe manual operation, the console includes an emergency stop and an enabling or hold-to-run switch that permits movement only while deliberately actuated. Its permanently attached pendant cable is approximately 10 m or 33 ft long and provides the working radius needed around larger robot cells. The documented version belongs to the S4Cplus family and supports established S4C platform integration. It is also specified for S4C/S4C+-Controller generations M97, M98, M99 and M2000.
