As a wall-mounted drive in the ACS550 range, the ACS550-U1-038A-4 combines a power stage for three-phase 380 to 480-V supplies with comprehensive integrated control functions. Its U1 configuration includes a conduit box and the advanced removable control panel. The unit uses frame size R3 and is rated at 38 A or 25 hp for normal duty; its heavy-duty ratings are 31 A and 20 hp. Six digital inputs, two analog inputs, two analog outputs and three relay outputs are available for connection to machine or plant controls. Modbus RTU is integrated through the RS-485 interface. The motor connection provides a three-phase output from zero up to the supply voltage and supports output frequencies up to 500 Hz. Standard switching frequency is 4 kHz. The ACS550-U1-038A-4 is supplied as a UL Type 1 or NEMA 1 drive. Including the conduit box, its enclosure measures 584.2 × 203.2 × 231.1 mm and weighs 15.9 kg. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?

A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?
The payment terms stated in the checkout or order confirmation apply. Depending on the order and customer, payment is made in advance or against invoice.
International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
