Product description

A single- or three-phase 230-V supply defines the mains side of the Bosch Rexroth DKC1.1-030-3. This digital AC servo controller belongs to the ECODRIVE DKC range. Maximum connected load is 1.8 kVA with a single-phase supply and 3.2 kVA with a three-phase supply. In both cases, the permitted value is 230 V AC with a tolerance of ±10 percent, and mains frequency ranges from 50 to 60 Hz. The power stage offers selectable switching frequencies of 4 and 8 kHz. Continuous current is 12 A at 4 kHz and 11 A at 8 kHz. Rated current and peak current are both 30 A. Power loss in the power stage, excluding braking-resistor losses, is 100 W. The internal braking resistor reaches a peak power of 5 kW for one second. The power electronics are cooled by natural air flow. The dimension drawing specifies 80 mm of free cooling-air space both above and below the unit. The ambient-temperature range for rated data is 0 to +45 °C; operation with reduced rated data is permitted up to +55 °C. Storage and transport are permitted from −30 to +85 °C. The enclosure has IP20 protection; the documented installation location is a control cabinet. The unit is 70 mm wide, 360 mm high and 210 mm deep. Net weight is 4.4 kg. The complete public variant designation remains DKC1.1-030-3. Its recorded technical data include the 230-V mains class, 30-A current class, switching frequency and mechanical dimensions. Delivery time is confirmed on request.

Bosch Rexroth DKC1.1-030-3 The item supplied will have the stated manufacturer or type number and the stated condition category. Serial number, manufacturing date, labels, colour, packaging and normal signs of use or storage may differ.

Frequently asked questions

Contact us
What current and mains ratings does the Bosch Rexroth DKC1.1-030-3 have?

The servo controller operates on a single- or three-phase 230 V AC supply with ±10 %. Rated and peak current are 30 A; continuous current is 12 A at 4 kHz and 11 A at 8 kHz.

What are the servo controller's dimensions and net weight?

The enclosure measures 70 × 360 × 210 mm in width, height and depth. Net weight is 4.4 kg.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?

For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
