A hard-to-source industrial spare part has not necessarily disappeared. It may simply no longer be visible through standard supply channels. Specialist sourcing can open additional routes.
REHA-Components works with specialist suppliers and established contacts for industrial automation, drive and control technology. Not every usable stock position is listed in public shops or by the familiar distributors.
A part watch lets you register one clearly identified component once. When a credible offer becomes possible, we contact you personally. You do not receive an unchecked list of links.
This is particularly useful for maintenance teams, technical buyers and operators who keep older systems running and want to replenish a missing spare before a failure.
When a part watch is more suitable than an urgent enquiry
Not every search is an emergency. A longer search horizon can be useful for planned replacement, a rare variant or a missing store-room reserve.
Prevention
The system is still running
A critical module is discontinued. You want to start searching before a failure without accepting any offer today.
Maintenance window
The requirement is foreseeable
Replacement is planned for the next service interval. The correct variant matters more than delivery within hours.
Rare variant
The exact version rarely appears
The product family is known, but the required version is offered only occasionally.
Store-room reserve
The final spare is missing
After a spare has been used, the target stock should be replenished without interrupting the running system.
For an acute machine stoppage, search the catalogue using the full type number or send a direct product enquiry. A part watch does not replace that urgent route. Go to the catalogue · Send an urgent enquiry
Where regular purchasing ends, specialist sourcing begins
With discontinued components, normal supply chains often stop working: official channels report that an item is unavailable, visible stock is empty and search engines repeat old records.
REHA-Components uses specialist suppliers and additional sourcing channels for individual stock positions, spare devices and industrial inventories that are not continuously advertised.
A wider network improves the possibilities but cannot create stock that no longer exists. We therefore promise neither a result nor a fixed date while actual market availability remains unknown.
What we need from you
Manufacturer, full type, order or identification number, your name, company and business email address are sufficient for the first step. Quantity, preferred condition and time horizon can be added.
A short, useful sourcing brief
- Manufacturer and device number, preferably from the rating plate
- Required quantity or planned spare stock
- Preferred condition: new, used or open
- Time horizon: prevention, maintenance window or urgent need
- Optional clear photo when several identifiers are visible
If the number is not clearly legible, send a sharp rating-plate photo through the contact page. We would rather clarify an open detail than search for the wrong module.
You register the requirement. We handle the difficult route.
- You identify the required component.A short entry is enough to link the need to your company and the correct device.
- We open our sourcing channels.REHA-Components uses specialist suppliers and contacts beyond the usual standard sources.
- We distinguish a listing from a real offer. Not every mention means that a suitable and genuinely available item can be offered.
- We contact you with a specific possibility. You receive a personal message only when we can make a concrete offer for the requested component.
Your registration is non-binding and is not an order. A later specific offer states the item actually available, its condition, price, quantity and estimated delivery period.
Which industrial components can be watched
The service focuses on electrical and electronic industrial components no longer reliably available through regular trade, including PLC and I/O modules, operator panels, industrial PCs, inverters, servo drives, motors, power supplies, communication modules, CNC assemblies, robot components and sensors.
A successor, retrofit or technically different replacement requires a separate technical assessment. A part watch focuses on one clearly identified component.
Specialist sourcing also has clear limits
Some components were produced only in small quantities, remain permanently installed or are no longer available in a condition that can reasonably be offered. A broad search can therefore remain unsuccessful.
If a genuine possibility arises, we contact you with a specific offer. Until then, there is no order, reservation or obligation to purchase.
Cannot wait?

Frequently asked questions about hard-to-source industrial spare parts
What does it cost to watch an industrial spare part?
Registering a type number is non-binding. Costs arise only if REHA-Components can offer a specific item and you accept that offer.
How quickly will the requested spare part be found?
There is no fixed period. Some components become available quickly, others only after a long time or not at all.
Which details are required?
At minimum the manufacturer and full type, order or identification number, plus your name, company and business email address.
Is the machine designation sufficient?
Usually not. The number on the rating plate or the specific module is more important than the general machine designation.
Are discontinued spare parts also watched?
Yes. Later availability cannot be guaranteed, however.
Can I watch several items?
Yes. Register each different type number separately so the manufacturer and number remain unambiguous.
