Product description
Heidenhain 348 249-01 identifies the DA 300 compressed-air unit for cleaning and conditioning compressed air. The assembly combines a microfiber fine filter, an activated-carbon filter, an automatic condensate trap and an adjustable pressure regulator with pressure gauge. Nominal output pressure is 1 bar and can be adjusted up to 3 bar. Typical inlet pressure is 7 bar and maximum flow rate is 367 l/min, equivalent to 22 Nm³/h. The compressed-air inlet has a G1/4 thread, while the condensate drain uses G1/8. A quick coupling on the outlet accepts 6 × 1 mm pressure tubing. Permissible operating temperature ranges from 1.5 °C to 30 °C. The DA 300 can supply conditioned air to as many as ten linear, angle or rotary encoders. The complete assembly is 230 mm wide, 278 mm high and 101 mm deep; the height includes the 12 mm projecting condensate drain. Product mass is 0.84 kg. Supplied items include 25 m of pressure tubing, three T-joints and four encoder connecting pieces. The two-stage air-treatment section consists of the fine filter and activated-carbon filter. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
