Identification number Heidenhain 354005-02 designates the TTR ERM 209 1024 RA B02 scale drum. It serves as the passive measuring standard of a magnetoresistive incremental modular angle encoder without integral bearing. The exact variant string specifies 1024 lines per revolution, radial scanning direction RA, version B02, one reference mark 1R and a 395 µm graduation period. For the ERM-200 geometry with 1024 lines, the manufacturer table gives an inside diameter of 80 mm and an outside diameter of 128.75 mm. Pitch-circle diameter is 95 mm, and six M6 holes provide axial fastening. The dimensional drawing shows an axial width of 15 mm. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
