Identification number Heidenhain 393000-22 designates the AK ERM 280 1024 03S12-03 R scanning head. Together with a separate scale drum, it forms a magnetoresistive incremental modular angle encoder without integral bearing. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
