Heidenhain 532729-13 identifies a TTR-ERA-4800C scale drum for a modular incremental angle encoder without integral bearing. The ring-shaped steel drum forms the system’s measuring standard and is combined with a separate scanning head. Its line count is 5000 signal periods with an 80 µm grating period. Graduation accuracy is specified as ±3.0 arc seconds. Coded reference marks with a nominal increment of 1000 grating periods provide the encoder’s position reference. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
