Heidenhain 605374-92 identifies a sealed incremental LS 477 linear encoder for machine tools. Measuring length is 1020 mm, and the glass scale carries a DIADUR graduation with a 20 µm grating period. The encoder operates to accuracy grade ±5 µm and outputs TTL square-wave signals with 5-fold integrated interpolation. Maximum scanning frequency is 50 kHz. Two reference marks are positioned 35 mm from the beginning and end of the measuring length. Supply is 5 V ±5 % at less than 140 mA without load. This version has end block 10A, a mounting spar, and a 14-pin flange socket. With a total length of ML + 105 mm, the 1020 mm version measures 1125 mm long; its cross-section is 32.2 × 18 mm. Product-specific mass without cable is approx. 0.88 kg. Operating temperature ranges from 0 °C to 50 °C. Protection is IP 53, or IP 64 with sealing air.

Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
