When operating with constant torque, the Lenze EVF8232AE provides a rated current of 257 A and can withstand an overload of 150% for 60 seconds within a ten minute cycle. The Lenze EVF8232AE is delivered as a built-in device with protection class IP20 and requires forced cooling with a cooling air volume of 730 m³/h. For variable torque applications, the rated current increases to 304 A at 120% overload for the same period of time. The design of size 8A measures 495 × 419 × 1225 mm with a weight of around 90 kg. Incremental encoders with 5 V, 15 V or 24 V supply voltage can be connected via the optional encoder interface. Lenze documents two separate variables: The power factor at the basic mains frequency is cos φ₁ > 0.97, while the efficiency at nominal power is specified separately as ≥ 0.97.

For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
