Lenze EVF8610-E-V013 is a three-phase frequency inverter from the 8600 series. This version has a rated power of 18.5 kW and processes 400 V AC at 34.5 A and 50/60 Hz on the input. The motor output supplies a controllable three-phase signal of 0–400 V AC. Rated output current is 39.5 A, while the adjustable output-frequency range extends from 0–480 Hz. Its control method is sensorless vector control (SLVC). The sheet-steel enclosure has IP20 protection. Cooling is forced cooling with an integrated axial fan. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
