Product description
The electronic cam is the defining functional feature of Lenze EVS9327-EK. Within the 9300 range, the K designation identifies the Servo Cam Profiler series. This version processes stored motion curves and forms a distinct functional series. Its central task is to map a controlled drive movement to a specified cam curve. The cam function goes beyond coupling with a constant electronic gear factor. Up to eight different cam profiles can be stored in the 9300 Servo Cam. Switching between these profiles is possible during operation. The curves can also be stretched, compressed or phase-shifted online. A phase shift changes the position of the cam curve relative to its reference movement. Stretching or compressing, by contrast, changes the shape of the stored motion profile. Profile selection and profile adjustment are therefore separate functions of this version. The functions include an electronic cam sequencer and mark-controlled starting of cam profiles. A further function module handles opening and closing of sealing bars with a constant sealing time at variable speed. These functions belong to the cam control system of the series; they describe the processing of motion sequences in the drive controller. Resolver and encoder connections capture motor movement, while digital frequency connections and CAN supplement communication with other drive components. Electrically, the EVS9327-EK belongs to frame size 9327. With a 400 V three-phase mains supply, this size is assigned to the 15 kW motor power class. The rated output current is 32 A at a switching frequency of 8 kHz and 20.8 A at 16 kHz. The mains voltage range is between 320 and 528 V AC. The mechanical installation dimensions are 250 × 350 × 250 mm in width, height and depth order.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
