Lenze MCS09F38-SRMP1-A14N-ST5S00N-R0SU identifies a self-ventilated synchronous servo motor from the MCS09 series. Its complete type code assigns the unit to motor size 09F, the 3750 min⁻¹ rated-speed class and the 400-V winding. Rated data comprise 1.2 kW power, 3.1 Nm torque, 2.5 A current and 330 V motor voltage at 250 Hz. Standstill torque is 4.2 Nm, while maximum torque is 15 Nm. Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
