A resolution of 320 × 128 pixels characterises the Mitsubishi Electric GT2103-PMBD within the GOT2000-GT21 range. The 3.8-inch TFT is monochrome and displays 32 shades of grey. The visible display area measures 89.0 × 35.6 mm. Brightness can be adjusted through 32 levels. The LED backlight can display white, green, pink, orange or red. The analogue resistive touch panel supports single-point operation. The supply is 24 V DC with a tolerance of +10 and −15 percent. Under maximum load, the device consumes no more than 2.6 W; consumption with the backlight switched off is specified as 2.0 W. The serial RS-422/485 interface operates at up to 115200 bit/s. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
