Three wired interfaces define the communication side of the Mitsubishi Electric GT2103-PMBDS. RS-232 is provided through a six-pin Mini-DIN socket and RS-422/485 through a nine-pin terminal block; both serial channels support up to 115200 bit/s. The operator panel also has a USB Device channel with a Mini-B connector and 12 Mbit/s, plus an SDHC interface for memory cards up to 32 GB. Within the GOT2000 family, the GT2103-PMBDS belongs to the GT21 series and is designed as a Graphic Operation Terminal. Its 3.8-inch TFT monochrome display operates with 320 × 128 dots. The active display area measures 89.0 × 35.6 mm, renders 32 shades of grey and is complemented by a five-colour LED backlight. This keeps display characteristics and communication connections separately identifiable without mixing different versions of the series. The unit is supplied with 24 V DC within a tolerance of +10 and −15 percent; maximum power consumption is 1.9 W. The front is rated IP67F and the side facing the control cabinet is rated IP2X. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
