The SEW-Eurodrive DBG60B-10 is a keypad for local startup, diagnostics and parameterization of SEW drive systems. This version has part number 28229150 and belongs to the DBG60B keypad family. Its illuminated plain-text display shows process values, operating states, digital input and output signals, and fault-memory entries. The 21 keys provide access to menus, parameter entry, fault reset and manual operation functions. Version -10 includes 15 languages: German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Turkish, Russian, Polish, Czech and Chinese. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
