Within the MOVIAXIS MX system, the SEW-Eurodrive MXM80A-000-000-00/DHR41B is a size 1 master module. The complete identifier combines type version 000 with the DHR41B controller variant. Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
