The Bosch Rexroth HDS02.2-W040N-HS37-01-FW uses SERCOS for command communication. Its HS37-01 designation identifies the SERCOS variant, function ID 37 and function ID version 01; FW marks the separately specified firmware. Within the modular HDS range, the unit belongs to line 02, version 2 and the DIAX04 controller family. The configuration consists of the basic unit, command communication module, software module and additional plug-in modules. The HDS02.2-W040N basic unit has a rated current of 40 A and a peak current of 40 A. Continuous current is 20 A at 4 kHz or 15 A at 8 kHz, referring to the power-section switching frequency. Power dissipation at continuous current is 125 W, while signal processing in the basic unit draws 20 W from the ±26-V source. Cooling is provided by an integrated internal blower. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
