Its width of 45 mm identifies the Siemens 3TK2828-2BB41 as a SIRIUS safety relay from the 3TK28 series. The enclosure measures 138.5 mm in height and 120 mm in depth; the net weight is 0.409 kg. Screw and snap-on mounting are provided, while the mounting position can be selected freely. Removable spring-loaded terminals form the electrical connection system. The OFF-delay can be adjusted from 0.05 to 3 seconds; this version operates with automatic start and 24 V DC.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
