Key-based operation and a 10.4-inch color display characterize the Siemens 6AV6542-0CC10-0AX0 from the SIMATIC-OP270 range. As an OP270 10, the device forms the operating and display level between a configured machine interface and the connected controller. It is an Operator Panel with a membrane keyboard; the version described here is therefore classified by its key resources and the complete order number. The STN display shows 256 colors at a resolution of 640 × 480 pixels. The keyboard comprises 36 function keys, 28 of which are equipped with LEDs, as well as 38 system keys. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
