Five USB-2.0 ports, two 10/100/1000-Mbit/s Ethernet ports and an isolated PROFIBUS/MPI interface form the connectivity base of Siemens 6AV7856-0AE20-3BA0. The Panel PC belongs to the SIMATIC-477B series and combines a computing unit, 19-inch TFT and resistive touch operation in a built-in device. The display operates at 1280 × 1024 pixels; the integrated graphics controller also provides DVI-I with VGA output. This order variant includes an Intel Celeron M ULV 373 at 1 GHz, 1 GB DDR2-SDRAM and a 2-GB CompactFlash card. A second CompactFlash slot is unoccupied. Windows XP Embedded is preinstalled on the storage medium. A further 2 MB SRAM is specified as buffer memory. Power is supplied at 24 V DC within 20.4 to 28.8 V. Maximum current consumption for the 19-inch version is 4.5 A; the manual specifies 14.4 A for 30 ms during startup. Serial communication uses COM1 with RS232 up to 115 kbit/s. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
