Modules that require a 24 V supply are consequently not intended for this rack type. However, power-supply modules must not be used together with the receive IM 461-1. These characteristics distinguish 6ES7 403-1TA01-0AA0 from the lighter aluminum variant 6ES7 403-1TA11-0AA0 and the shorter ER2 rack. The rack measures 482.5 mm in width, 290 mm in height, and 27.5 mm in depth. Documented identifiers and values: 6ES7; 403-1TA01-0AA0; 24-V; 482; 290; 27.5 mm; 3.8 kg. The mounting rail is made of sheet steel; its weight is approximately 3.8 kg. An existing ER1 can be replaced directly only when the connected modules do not require interrupt, 24-V, or backup functions that the rack does not provide. Unlike universal central racks, the ER1 provides only a restricted P-/E/A-Bus. The rack also does not provide a 24-V supply to the modules. For spare-parts procurement, the complete order number, rack material, number of slots, and existing bus structure must therefore be compared together. Backup through the power-supply battery or a backup voltage applied externally to the CPU or receive IM is also unavailable. Siemens lists power-supply modules, receive IMs, and signal modules as usable groups, provided that the stated restrictions are observed.

What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
