Siemens specifies 72 KByte of integrated working memory and 4 KByte of integrated load memory. A Memory Card expands the load memory up to 15 MByte. The digital I/O address area covers 16,384 inputs and outputs, while the analog area covers 1,024 channels. The process image provides 128 Byte for inputs and 128 Byte for outputs.
