The Siemens 6ES7132-6BH01-0BA0 occupies only 15 mm of width in the ET-200SP-Aufbau. The digital output module DQ 16x24VDC/0.5A ST measures 73 mm in height and 58 mm in depth; its weight is approximately 30 g. It uses a BaseUnit of type A0 and carries the color code CC00. Sixteen digital outputs operate as current-sourcing PNP-Ausgänge with P-Schaltung. The rated voltage is 24 V DC, while the permissible supply range extends from 19.2 to 28.8 V DC. Each channel is rated for 0.5 A, with a maximum of 8 A for the complete module. Diagnostics monitor the supply voltage, wire break and short circuit to L+ and M at module level. A green PWR-LED indicates the supply, green Kanal-LEDs show the respective output status, and the green/red DIAG-LED represents module diagnostics. Substitute values can be parameterized for the outputs. The address space comprises two bytes of output data and two additional bytes for QI-Informationen. I&M data from I&M0 through I&M3 are supported. For the electrical output data, Siemens specifies a typical switching delay of 50 µs for the transition from 0 to 1 and 100 µs from 1 to 0 with a resistive load. Maximum switching frequency is 100 Hz with a resistive load, 0.1 Hz with an inductive load and 10 Hz with a lamp load. Channels are not isolated from one another but are isolated from the backplane bus. Isolation is type-tested at 707 V DC. Typical power loss and maximum current consumption without load are 1 W and 30 mA respectively.

Which diagnostics does the DQ 16x24VDC/0.5A ST support?
The module monitors supply voltage, wire break, short circuit to L+ and M, and group errors. PWR-, channel-status and DIAG-LEDs indicate the corresponding states.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
