The Siemens IM 365 interface creates a two-part connection between a central rack and an expansion rack. The specific 6ES7365-0BA01-0AA0 version belongs to the SIMATIC S7-300 product range and consists of one send module and one receive module. Both modules are permanently connected by a 1 m connecting cable. The arrangement contains one expansion rack and transfers the backplane bus without a communication bus. A maximum of one such interface or module pair is intended per CPU. The fixed cable assignment keeps the connection path defined as a closed send/receive pair. For electrical classification, the module draws a maximum of 100 mA from the 5-V-DC backplane bus. Typical power loss is 0.5 W. What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.

Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
