The Siemens 6FC5203-0AF02-0AA0 provides operating commands and CNC displays on a SINUMERIK machine. The OP012 operator panel front is documented as an operating component for system configurations with SINUMERIK 810D, 840D and 840Di. It is not an independent CNC or PCU: computing power, memory and operating software are located in the connected system components. The front has a 12.1-inch TFT colour display with a resolution of 800 × 600 pixels. Membrane keys and a touchpad form the local input elements. In addition to the display, the front includes the fixed membrane keys and the integrated touchpad. All operating information is provided by the connected PCU, TCU or VL receiver. The supply is provided as 5 V DC via PCU, TCU or VL receiver; maximum power consumption for this version is 21 W. The enclosure has IP65 at the front and IP00 at the rear. The two protection areas must therefore be distinguished when classifying the spare part. Environmental class 3K5 excludes condensation and ice formation. During operation, 0 to 45 °C applies at the front and up to 55 °C at the rear. For storage and transport, a range of −20 to 55 °C is documented. Relative humidity during operation, storage and transport may be between 5 and 95 percent. The control-panel cut-out measures 450 × 290 mm. The front plate itself is 483 mm wide and 310 mm high; depth is 30 mm, installation depth is 20 mm plus 10 mm clearance. Is the Siemens 6FC5203-0AF02-0AA0 an independent CNC control?
No. It is the OP012 operator panel front. Computing power, memory and operating software come from connected SINUMERIK system components such as PCU or TCU.
What are the installation dimensions of the OP012 front?
The front measures 483 × 310 × 30 mm. The control-panel cut-out is 450 × 290 mm, and installation depth is 20 mm plus 10 mm clearance.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.

International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
