The Siemens 6GK7277-1AA00-0AA0 provides four Industrial-Ethernet connections within the SIMATIC-NET range as the Compact Switch Module CSM 1277. The module operates as an unmanaged switch in the SIMATIC-S7-1200 device design. Four RJ45 ports can connect network components or end devices at 10 or 100 Mbit/s. LEDs indicate diagnostic and port status, while configuration and switch management are not provided. External power is supplied at 24 V DC via a 3-pin terminal block. The permissible voltage range is 19.2 to 28.8 V DC. At 24 V DC, power dissipation is 1.6 W; maximum current consumption is 0.07 A. A fuse rating of 0.5 A at 60 V is specified at the power input. The housing follows the S7-1200 device design and measures 45 mm in width, 100 mm in height, and 75 mm in depth. The net weight is 0.15 kg.
